Leroy Brown (English Brown Ale)

OG: 1.053

FG: 1.014

ABV: 5.1%

IBU: 16

  • Nutty aroma with a sweeter, slightly nutty/caramel taste. Clear and ruby brown color.

  • Brew master comments: Starts somewhat sweet and moves into nutty caramel flavors, slightly bready from the wheat content and finishes with a fruity plum-like taste. Notice the lacing on the glass!

Red Ale (Irish Red Ale)

OG: 1.054

FG: 1.012

ABV: 5.5%

IBU: 17

  • A sweet, lightly hopped, malty aroma. Well-rounded flavors of black teat and apricot. Clear and medium to deep amber color.

  • Brew master comments: Starts a bit sweet with a hop presence, yet not overpowering, with notes of apricot on the finish.

Hefeweizen (South German Wheat Beer)

OG: 1.052

FG: 1.010

ABV: 5.5%

IBU: 8

  • A south German style of wheat beer (weissbier) made with more than 50% wheat and a special yeast that produces unique phenolic flavors of banana and clove with a dry and tart edge, some spiciness and notes of apples. Little hop bitterness, and a moderately high level of alcohol. Unfiltered straw color.

  • Brew master comments: Banana aroma moves nicely into a banana forward initial impression that blends into a clove like spiciness and finishes with notes of candied apple. The "Hefe" prefix means "with yeast", hence the beers unfiltered and cloudy appearance.

Rabid Rabit (American Pale Ale)

OG: 1.056

FG: 1.010

ABV: 6.0%

IBU: 70

  • A clean malt character with a hint of rye with moderate to high hop flavors. Malt character is generous with specialty malts giving notes of bready, toasty, and biscuity flavors.

  • Brew master comments: 6 different hop varietal additions including Simco, Citra and Amarillo balance toward the hop aroma, flavor and bitterness, which lingers slightly into the finish. The name of this beer was intentionally miss-spelled to indicate the heavy head retention and high hop character

Dunkelweis (Dark Hefeweizen)

OG: 1.056

FG: 1.014

ABV: 5.6%

IBU: 14

  • Some spicy/fruity character of a hefeweizen, but also has a rich Munich malt character, similar to, but not as intense as a Munich dunkel. Dark and creamy German style beer with chocolate-like character with hints of banana and clove.

Bonnie Belle (Cream Ale)

OG: 1.059

FG: 1.012

ABV: 6.1%

IBU: 12

  • A slight orange aroma lends to a bitter-sweet initial perception with a hint of corn and a crisp finish. Deep gold color.

  • Brew master comments:  The initial aroma of freshly harvested oranges drifts into an initial sweetness that competes with some hop bitterness. Flavor perceptions flow from pistachio like nuttiness with a guava like finish. Because this is brewed with Kolsch yeast, some haziness remains to keep true to the style. Formulated for my favorite Aunt Bonnie.

Déjà vu (Belgian Style Witbier)

OG: 1.054

FG: 1.010

ABV: 5.78%

IBU: 39

  • Low body Belgian style witbier with an unfiltered, cloudy appearance. Coriander, orange peel, and low hop aroma, with a coriander and orange peel flavor finish and a medium bitterness.

Spades (Oatmeal Stout)

OG: 1.060

FG: 1.014

ABV: 6.04%

IBU: 32

  • Oatmeal Stout. Medium body, very smooth, dark color with a hint of chocolate/coffee roasted malt aroma and flavor. Hop presence is very low.

Steel Wheel Light (American Style Lager)

OG: 1.044

FG: 1.010

ABV: 4.4%

IBU: 8

  • Steele Wheel's lightest beer brewed in a traditional American Lager style with a malt forward clean finish. Some hints of corn sweetness may be n the aroma and flavor.

Cider

  • Made from fermented Apples with strawberry notes.
